Stephens, Editor In Chief/Publisher of EncoreHD Magazine will be our insightful Master of Ceremonies. Becoming a licensed professional Hair Designer in 1985, Mr. Stephens created EncoreHD Hair Magazine in 2009, a media juggernaut to the Hair and Fashion Industry providing cutting edge information and education to its readers.
